Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), L/C at sight for bulk orders, and PayPal for sample orders. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 
Standard hardware items: 500–1,000 pcs per SKU. Custom products: 3,000 pcs for new mold development. Mixed container orders are welcome.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? 
Yes. Standard samples are free of charge (freight collect). Custom samples require mold cost + material cost, fully refundable upon order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping terms? We offer FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF, and DDP options. Express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS) available for urgent samples and small parcels.

How long is the production lead time? Standard products: 15–25 days after deposit. Custom orders: 30–45 days after sample approval. Peak season (August–October) may extend by 5–10 days.

Do you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses? Yes. We provide full FBA prep services including labeling, bundling, palletizing, and direct delivery to your designated Amazon fulfillment centers.


Products & Customization

What materials do you use for your hardware? 
Our standard materials include 304/316 stainless steel, zinc alloy, brass, and aluminum. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers with full traceability.

Can you customize finishes and packaging? 
Absolutely. We offer electroplating (nickel, chrome, bronze), powder coating, PVD coating, and anodizing. Custom packaging design (blister card, color box, display box) is also available.

Are your products certified? 
Yes. Our products comply with CE, RoHS, and REACH standards. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek can be arranged upon request.

Returns & Support

What is your quality guarantee? 
We offer a 2-year quality warranty on all products. Defective items will be replaced or refunded upon verification.

How do I track my order? 
Once shipped, we provide a tracking number within 24 hours. You can also contact your dedicated sales representative for real-time updates.
